Swiss Gables Apartments, a 108-unit multifamily property in Kent, WA, was purchased by an unnamed private investor. The property is located at 4620 S 254th Place, south of Hwy 516 in Kent’s Lake Fenwick neighborhood.
Built in 1969, Swiss Gables offered investors a rare opportunity to acquire a well-maintained community with significant value-add potential. Spanning seven buildings across five acres, the community features spacious floorplans averaging 870 sf, in-unit laundry, updated systems, and recent roof improvements. Its location provides direct access to the Kent Valley employment hub, one of the region’s largest centers for manufacturing and distribution.
