Building Block Foundation Fund’s annual White Party Charity Fundraiser will take place August 20 on the beach at Newport Dunes. The popular event brings together the commercial real estate industry to raise money to support its charity partners. These long-time local charity partners include Project Access, Hope Ignites Southern California, Everfree, Joyful Child Foundation, Kidworks, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, HomeAid and Hope Builders.
In 2024, more than 60 corporate sponsors and over 300 CRE professionals supported the White Party. Thanks to its collective sponsors, donors and volunteers, Building Block has raised over $3.1 mil to support community partner’s programs that directly impact the lives of at-risk youth in Orange County.
For 2025, CapRock Partners has returned as title sponsor. “Thanks to the outstanding support of CapRock Partners along with many other leading corporate and individual sponsors from across the commercial real estate industry, Building Block is making a real difference in children’s lives by supporting the vital work of local charities. We look forward to the support and commitment of the commercial real estate community once again at this year’s highly anticipated Building Block fundraiser,” said James Wall, director, Rockefeller Group and 2025 White Party chair.
Held under the stars along the Newport Dunes’ waterfront, the White Party charity fundraiser, held from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., features live music, savory food, cocktails and lots of industry networking.
Building Block Foundation Fund is a philanthropic organization formed to enable commercial real estate professionals and companies to give back in a meaningful way. Building Block invests in local charities who provide financial assistance and support to at-risk youth in Orange County. This event is fiscally-sponsored by OneOC (Tax ID# 95-2021700)
