The deal is at 120 NE Frontage Road, a 134.6k sf facility located just off I-25 with spaces ranging from 20k sf to 80.8k sf. The property features three 10-ton cranes, seven 3-ton cranes and a high clear height ranging from 21 to 32 feet. The site also includes ±3.85 acres of potential outdoor storage, making it a versatile option for industrial operations.
Located in Fort Collins, the fourth largest city in Colorado, 120 NE Frontage Road benefits from its proximity to major transportation routes, including direct access to Interstate 25. The property is well-positioned within a thriving economic region known for its mix of manufacturing and service-related businesses.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Ackerman and Kylie Pazzaglini represented the landlord, KCNJJ LLC, while Brittany Ray with Grey Rock Realty represented the tenant in the deal.
