Drawbridge Realty has acquired Block 13, a 212.1k sf, Class A office building located at 1385 123rd Avenue NE, in Bellevue, WA. The price was not given out.
Designed by architects NBBJ, Block 13 was completed early last year. The nine-story building is fully leased to Meta Platforms Inc on a long-term basis. The building features a green roof, metal flooring, and four levels of subterranean parking, reflecting a modern, sustainable design.
Block 13 is situated within The Spring District, a vibrant transit-oriented, live-work-play neighborhood offering a dynamic blend of residential, retail, dining and open space. Block 13 benefits from direct access to primary arterials (I-405 and SR-520) as well as the newly opened Spring District Eastlink Light Rail station.
The seller, a partnership between Shorenstein Properties and Wright Runstad & Co, was represented by a Newmark U.S. Capital Markets team including Kevin Shannon, Alex Foshay, Nick Kucha, Michael Moll, Ken White, Liam Ogburn and Jakob Nicholls.
