Pitney Bowes Leases 76k sf at Phoenix Business Campus

6/17/25

Pitney Bowes Inc has agreed to a seven-year lease for 76.2k sf of space at the recently built Converge Logistics Center, a 510.8k sf business campus in Phoenix. Pitney Bowes will occupy a portion of the project’s Building A located at 14955 South 50th St.

Converge Logistics Center, a development of ViaWest Group, is located along I-10 in the southeast part of the city. The project consists of three Class A buildings on 28.6 acres. The complex features secured truck court gates, lofty clear heights of 32’ or more, ample parking and power, spec office space, plus additional state-of-the-art features. The location provides easy access to Interstate 10 and the Loop 202/I-10 interchange plus close proximity to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Mike Haenel, Andy Markham, Phil Haenel, and Justin Smith with Cushman & Wakefield represented ViaWest Group in the lease transaction. Delivered in 2023, Converge Logistics Center is now 86% leased, with just one single-unit totaling 73.5k sf remaining for lease in Building A.

“Converge Logistics Center offers tenants direct freeway access, strong regional connectivity, and high-end industrial features that today’s users prioritize,” commented Smith. “Its location along Interstate 10 puts it at the center of one of Metro Phoenix’s most active industrial corridors. This lease speaks to the sustained interest we’re seeing from tenants looking to scale operations in well-located, Class A facilities.”

According to Cushman & Wakefield latest market report, the Southeast Valley cluster of industrial submarkets reported approximately 770k sf of positive net absorption (occupancy growth) in Q1 2025, representing about 43% of Metro Phoenix’s total industrial market growth. This also continued the momentum from 2024 in which the Southeast Valley tallied approximately 4.2 msf of occupancy growth.
