A 24.3k sf office property in Las Vegas sold for $6 mil ($247/sf). The property is located at 9525 Hillwood Dr, adjacent to Summerlin Pkwy, which connects Summerlin to the 215 Beltway and Interstate 95 (I-95) and I-15.
Summerlin remains one of Southern Nevada’s premier destinations, offering an exceptional quality of life with its beautifully maintained neighborhoods, top-rated schools, premier shopping and dining at Downtown Summerlin, as well as a blend of luxury homes and Class A office properties that appeal to both residents and businesses alike.
CBRE’s Michael K. Hsu represented the seller, 9525 Hillwood LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was 9525 HQ LLC.

According to CBRE Research, the Las Vegas office market experienced a notable decrease in vacancy rates in Q1 2025, indicating positive signs of market stabilization.
