The Schoolhouse Factory Building, a historic and architecturally iconic structure located at 2181 NW Nicolai Street in Portland, OR, is coming to market for lease or sale. For years, the prominent four-story 125k sf building, including a basement, has served as the headquarters, showroom, and manufacturing facility for Schoolhouse Electric, one of Portland’s most beloved and nationally recognized design brands.
