We’ve got three separate industrial property leases totaling a combined 143k sf of space to report from Phoenix’s East Valley. CBRE’s Mike Parker represented the tenants, Abbot Label Inc, Phoenix Defense Ventures and Owl Vans, in all of the deals.

In one of the deals, Abbot Label Inc signed a 50.3k sf warehouse lease at Elliot 94, located at 9342 E Elliot Rd in Mesa. The Dallas-based company is relocating its label manufacturing business from Santa Fe Springs, Calif., to this new location.
In another deal, Phoenix Defense Ventures leased an entire 59.7k sf building at 1352 North Fiesta Blvd in Gilbert. The firm is an engineering services and aerospace manufacturing company.
And in the third transaction, Owl Vans took 33k sf of space at Power Gateway 202, also in Gilbert. The space will serve as an expansion for its manufacturing, assembly and distribution across the nation.
