The building was built in 1971 and consists entirely of two-bedroom/one-bathroom units that average 850 sf in size. Community amenities include on-site storage, coin-operated laundry machines, and off-street parking.
The property is near many retail and entertainment options and offers an easy commute to downtown Longmont, Boulder and other employment hubs. It’s also situated just south of Hwy 66, which provides direct connectivity to Interstate 25 to the east and Lyons and Estes Park to the west.
Charlie Mitelhaus of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. Both the seller and buyer are private investors. The property was fully occupied at the time of the sale.
