US Elogistics Service Corp, a New Jersey-based freight company, has signed a 68-month lease for 208.4k sf of space at Lakewood Tacoma Logistics Center in Lakewood, WA. The deal value was not given out.
Located at 14801 Spring Street SW, Lakewood Tacoma Logistics Center is a modern cross-docked Class A industrial facility. The newly leased space includes 57 dock-high doors, three ground-level doors, 36-foot clear heights, 69 trailer stalls, 1,000 amps of three-phase power, and 3.2k sf of office space. Additional features include 130-foot truck courts, 50' x 50' column spacing, and a 60-foot speed bay.
The site offers several tax and economic incentives, including its location within Foreign Trade Zone #86, HUBZone and EBS target employment area designations, New Market Tax Credit eligibility, and exemption from city B&O tax.
