Steel Peak has acquired an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property in Kent, WA for $5.65 mil. The company plans to complete property improvements in preparation for an incoming tenant.
The property is located at 25924 78th Avenue S, just minutes from the I-5 and I-405 Freeways, providing convenient access to service the greater SeaTac market. It includes a functional industrial building with shop and office space, as well as a large excess yard for outdoor storage of vehicles, equipment, and materials.
Nick Ratzke and Jim Honan of Neil Walter Company represented the seller, Fields Roof Service, in the sale. Steel Peak represented itself in the transaction. This purchase marks Steel Peak’s first IOS acquisition outside of California. The company, which was founded in January 2024, has now acquired six properties in California and Washington.
