We’ve learned that an unnamed tenant has leased an entire 804.8k sf industrial facility in the Inland Empire city of Perris. The deal is for Building 2 within the Rider Logistics Center, located at 450 E. Rider St, east of I-215 and south of Ramona Expwy. The center was built and leased by IDI Logistics, who acquired the site in 2019.
Offering easy access to both I-215 and Hwy 60, Rider Logistics Center is ideal for local and regional distribution. Located in a high-visibility area with close port proximity, the site features two secure truck courts, proximity to local amenities, and a growing labor force. High-profile corporate neighbors include Kraft, O’Reilly Autoparts, Harbor Freight Tools, Walgreens, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and more.
Building 2 is equipped with a 7.8k sf office area, and is the largest of three within the Class A Rider Logistics Center. Building 3 (643.3k SF) is occupied by Sketchers, while Building 4 (548k sf) is available for occupancy.
Mark Zorn and Cory Whitman with Colliers, along with Dan de la Paz and Jeff Fritch of CBRE, represented ownership in the lease. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
