Cricut® Inc, a creative technology company, agreed to an extension lease for its 128k sf corporate headquarters in South Jordan (Salt Lake City), UT. Cricut currently occupies the entire five-story, Class A office building, located at 10855 South River Front Pkwy.
Cricut’s headquarters serves its core office, operational and design functions. The company has been a tenant at the building for the past 10 years. Cricut’s newly restructured lease agreement will add two more years to the company’s long-term stay at the Utah property, with a term now running through at least 2029.
A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Dana Baird and Mike Richmond represented the tenant in the transaction.
“The pandemic has resulted in a ‘flight to quality’ that has driven greater demand and activity in the best office buildings. These properties typically focus on employee enjoyment, collaboration as well as personal space, and overall well-being in a high-quality environment. Cricut has recommitted itself to a great location in the thriving southern end of Salt Lake City for years to come,” commented Baird.
