Archer Systems has inked a four-year renewal for 17k sf of office space in Austin, TX. The deal is at Stonecreek, a 76.9k sf, Class A office building located at 3300 Duval Rd, on the west side of Hwy 1.
Built in 2000, Stonecreek is owned by Drawbridge Realty, who acquired the property in 2013 and renovated it in 2024. It is located close to The Domain in north Austin with easy access to the area’s major roadways, including US 183, Loop 1, and Loop 360.
Archer Systems is a Houston-based provider of comprehensive legal settlement solutions. In addition to Houston and Austin locations, the firm also has US offices in Dallas and San Francisco.
Drawbridge Realty was represented by Matt Frizzell, Brian Liverman, and Kevin Granger of Cushman and Wakefield. Alecia Schneider and Drew Morris of Savills repped the tenant. With the Archer Systems’ renewal, there is 22.6k sf of space still available within the building.
