The Atria Health Institute inked a lease for 29.6k sf building in Beverly Hills. The property, located at 136 S. El Camino Dr, will serve as Atria’s first West Coast flagship location, bringing their unique approach to proactive and personalized health to this new market. The lease value was not given out.
Situated in the heart of Beverly Hills' Golden Triangle, the LEED-certified property was commissioned by the Doheny family and designed by renowned architect William Pereira. It recently underwent a full renovation and features a two-story lobby with marble flooring, built-in planters, Venetian plaster walls, and art installations. It offers open floor plans and a rooftop lounge and terrace with marble finishes. The rooftop also provides expansive views of Los Angeles.
The property benefits from its central location in the Beverly Hills Triangle, providing access to world-class dining, retail and entertainment.
CBRE’s Jeff Pion, Michelle Esquivel-Hall, and Drew Pion represented the landlord, ARKA Properties Group Inc, a private, family-owned real estate investment company operated by the Kaplan family, in Beverly Hills. Mike Mathias and Luke Raimondo of Cushman + Wakefield repped Atria in the transaction. The Atria Health Institute, which has locations in New York City and South Florida, will open its Beverly Hills practice in early 2026, followed by a Silicon Valley practice later that year.
