A 10.9k sf childcare property occupied by Busy Bees in Chandler, AZ traded for $3.35 mil ($307/sf). The building sits on 1.46 acres of land at 3700 W Ray Rd.
Busy Bees has 15 years remaining on its absolute triple-net lease. Alexander Moore with SRS Capital Markets represented the buyer, a California-based private investor. The seller was a Phoenix-based investment group.
“Chandler continues to be a dynamic, fast-growing suburb of the greater Phoenix region,” said Moore. “This property provides the buyer with a proven childcare tenant with one of the strongest guaranties in the sector on a long-term lease.”
