The Safford, a new 200-unit affordable housing development in Marana, AZ, is nearing completion and has begun leasing. The project, a development of Dominium, is located at 8740 N. Silverbell Rd.
The Safford’s high-quality apartment homes for low-income families offer kitchen islands, linen closets, kitchen pantries, large walk-in closets, and granite countertops. Community amenities at the project include a game room, indoor and outdoor play areas, pet wash station, swimming pool, outdoor grilling stations, fitness center, and dog park.

To live at The Safford, residents must earn 60% or less of the median income level. Rents start as low as $1,138. The property consists of 108 two-bedroom units, 72 three-bedroom apartments and 20 four-bedroom apartments.
