Framebridge has inked a lease for 37.9k sf of space at Henderson 515 Logistics Center. Framebridge, a custom framing company, will occupy Suite 100 of the newly completed, state-of-the-art 110.1k sf facility located at 515 N. Gibson Rd. This deal represents the firm’s third state-of-the-art manufacturing studio to support their growing business.
Strategically located at the prime intersection of the SEC of the I-515 Fwy and E. Sunset Rd, Henderson 515 Logistics Center features 32-foot clear heights, eight dock-high doors, 10 grade-level doors, heavy power and an ESFR sprinkler system. The project is near an abundance of amenities located in the East Henderson corridor, with proximity to the Valley Auto Mall, Henderson Hospital, the Galleria Mall and Harry Reid International Airport.
CBRE’s Alex Stanisic, Dean Willmore, Lauren Willmore, Michael Willmore and Kyle Kirchmeier represented the tenant and the landlord, Serrano Development Group, in the transaction.
