The Lofts at Moonlight Beach, a 12.2k sf retail property in Encinitas, traded hands for $10.05 mil, or $824/sf.
The property is located at 90 North Coast Hwy 101, st the intersection of Encinitas Blvd and Coast Hwy 101. It is within walking distance of Moonlight Beach, the Downtown 101 shopping district, and the Encinitas Coaster station.
The property features 21 dedicated parking spaces in the underground parking garage, with additional public parking spaces along the frontage of Encinitas Blvd and to the north of the property.
CBRE’s Joel Wilson, Reg Kobzi and Michael Peterson represented the seller, Equity Two Properties LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Rancho Moonlight LP, was repped by Peter Curry of Cushman & Wakefield.
