Visit Phoenix inked a lease for 24.7k sf at CityScape, a 1.2 msf mixed-use campus in Phoenix. The new lease maintains the non-profit organization’s downtown presence, where it promotes the Greater Phoenix market as a destination for travelers and conventions.
Visit Phoenix will relocate from 400 E. Van Buren St. At CityScape, it will continue to enjoy proximity to the Phoenix Convention Center, area hotels and resorts, cultural and sports destinations, and key partners such as convention and meeting planners, journalists and influencers, travel agents and tour operators.
Located at 1 E. Washington St, CityScape includes a mix of upscale retail and dining, shopping and entertainment, and the Kimpton Palomar hotel. Its Class A, high-rise office tower provides skyline views and flexible modern workspace, with onsite amenities such as a full-time concierge, shared conference rooms, fitness center and parking garage. It is walkable to a Fry's grocery store, Footprint Center, Chase Field, Phoenix Convention Center, and Arizona State University’s downtown campus.
Mike Gordon with JLL represented Visit Phoenix in its lease negotiations. Ryan Timpani and Brett Thompson, also with JLL, repped the building developer and owner, RED Development.
“This is a modern, dynamic project that aligns with our mission of promoting the best of Phoenix. By moving to CityScape, we’re gaining the benefits of a premiere destination that mirrors the energy and vibrancy we promote as an organization,” said Visit Phoenix President and CEO Ron Price. “The move also reinforces our commitment to innovation, in a building where the amenities are designed to support collaborative work and a forward-thinking approach.”
Visit Phoenix will occupy its new space at CityScape in fourth quarter 2025. It will join existing CityScape office tenants including Alliance Bank, United Healthcare and Gust Rosenfeld.
