RAF Pacifica Group (RPG) has completed construction of Escondido Logistics Center, a 147k sf, industrial development in Escondido. The $60 mil, two-building project was built with the latest in design standards.
Escondido Logistics Center is located along Interstate-15 and features two free-standing buildings, one an 88k sf building and the other a 58k sf building, each featuring 28’ clear heights, heavy power, and above-standard loading positions. The property is strategically designed to capture the ongoing demand from both manufacturing and distribution users in this region.
Escondido Logistics Center is located at lots 10-18, Escondido Technology and Research Park. The 88k sf building was sold to the San Diego Water Authority upon completion of the project. The San Diego Water Authority was represented by Colliers International. The other structure is currently being marketed for lease or sale by Aric Stark and Drew Dodds, at Cushman and Wakefield.
According to RPG Founder and President Adam Robinson, manufacturing, e-commerce, and research and development companies have been migrating to North San Diego over the last several years as the area is centrally located to quickly reach San Diego, the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County.
