Tyler Epting and Kris Hagar have joined Cushman & Wakefield in the firm’s Walnut Creek office, as Managing Director and Senior Director, respectively. Focused primarily on the San Francisco East Bay market, including Contra Costa, Solano, and Napa counties, Epting and Hagar will work as a collaborative team specializing in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, flex, and R&D leasing and sales transactions. Epting and Hagar both join Cushman & Wakefield from Newmark.
Epting is an established commercial real estate problem solver and offers a robust track record of over 1,100 deals closed for over 250 msf of transactions. He is one of the region’s most respected brokers and authorities in industrial real estate. Since beginning his career in brokerage services in 2017, Hagar has completed over 250 transactions totaling over 2 msf.
Epting combines market expertise, a keen ability to identify opportunities that align with each client’s unique goals, and a relentless and passionate work ethic and attention to detail. Most notably, he was involved in the sale of 843.2k sf in Vacaville, the sale of 359.1k sf in Napa, and the sale of 151.2k sf in Concord. As an active community volunteer, Epting serves as an Infrastructure Committee member for The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and is also a former President for the Rotary Club of Concord.
Hagar’s diverse background in mortgage lending, property management, and construction provides him with a unique skill set to help clients achieve their goals. His clients include institutional and regional landlords, as well as a mix of local and national tenants.
