Precision Science Inc signed a lease for 130k sf of space at Mack Innovation Park in Phoenix. The deal is for part of a 201k sf industrial building at 1775 West Alameda Rd, within Mack’s multi-phased innovation development in Deer Valley.
Precision Science, which has operated in the Deer Valley market for over 30 years, selected the facility due to its strategic location and long-term alignment with the company’s operational goals. The move represents one of the largest occupiers of space in the Deer Valley submarket this year.
The newly built property features state-of-the-art infrastructure, aligning with Precision Science’s growth strategy. The company plans to hire 80-100 additional employees to support operations in the new expansion facility.
Mike Ciosek and Michelle Gardner with Kidder Mathews represented Precision Science, a custom formula animal pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing corporation, in the transaction.
