Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and JV partner Realty Income Corporation have broken ground on a 655.2k sf building that is being developed for The Home Depot in Stockton. Located at 320 McCloy Ave, the industrial facility is expected to deliver in 2026.
According to Will Parker, Principal with TCC in San Francisco, Home Depot’s new facility is designed to handle bulk and oversized deliveries and is strategically located close to Interstate 5 with connectivity throughout the region.”
MacGregor Associates is the architect of record for the project, and Arch-Con Corporation is the general contractor. Tyson Vallenari of Cushman & Wakefield and Tom Davis of CBRE represented the Port of Stockton and Trammell Crow Company, respectively, in the ground lease.
