Kidder Mathews’ Kraig Heeter has been named president-elect of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Foundation. Heeter is an executive vice president in South Seattle with more than two decades of experience specializing in industrial properties. He has been an SIOR designee since 2016 and has served as Washington SIOR Chapter President since 2022.
The SIOR Foundation is made up of commercial real estate leaders from around the country with the purpose to support and expand the commercial real estate community. Over the last five years, the foundation has provided $1.5 mil in industry grants, awarded more than 415 student scholarships, and given 31 chapters additional financial support — all from organized donations from 1,921 SIOR designees and supporting companies.
He will begin his one-year term as president of the SIOR Foundation in October 2025. For over 80 years, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® has been the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association, with 4,000 members in 50 countries.
