Work has wrapped up on a full building, 93k sf tenant improvement project for Interstates, an industrial electrical solutions provider, at Mulberry Connection – the first Class A speculative industrial project to deliver in Fort Collins, CO in 20 years. The facility will serve as Interstates’ regional hub to support its growing client base and accommodate its expanding workforce.
The project was built by Sprink Construction, an affiliate of Communale Properties, the developer of Mulberry Connection. Fronting Interstate 25, Mulberry Connection spans 13 acres overall, with 164.2k sf of fully leased industrial space.
Interstates committed to Mulberry Connection in late 2023, marking Northern Colorado’s largest industrial lease of the year. Located at 3874 Redman Dr. in Fort Colins, the newly enhanced Mulberry Connection will support the growth and development of Interstates’ regional operations,
The building features a 20k sf, Class A office space designed for in-office, remote and hybrid employees who design, build, automate, maintain and protect industrial and manufacturing facilities. The remaining 73k sf of space is dedicated to Interstates’ prefabrication and manufacturing teams.
