Bendetti has acquired a two-property industrial portfolio totaling 114.4k sf in Arlington, TX. The portfolio is strategically positioned in within the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial submarket, an infill location with significant barriers to entry and immediate connectivity to Dallas-Fort Worth’s primary commercial and residential hubs.

The assets are both 100% occupied. One of the properties, totaling 35k sf, is located at 1173 109th St. The other property, encompassing two buildings with a combined 79.4k sf, is located at 1114-1118 W Harris.
Newmark’s Stephen Bailey represented the seller, CanTex, in the off-market deal. The transaction price was not disclosed.

This transaction follows Bendetti’s acquisition in early 2024 of Proto Park, a 257.2k sf industrial asset located at 3200 Irving Blvd in Dallas.
