Brown & Brown Insurance, Inc, a global insurance brokerage and risk management company, inked a renewal lease for its 19.8k sf of Class A office space in Phoenix. Brown & Brown occupies the entire 11th floor at 2800 Tower, a 21-story Class ‘A’ office high rise in the heart of Phoenix’s Midtown submarket. The property is owned by Gaedeke Holdings,Ltd.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Larry Downey, and Alex Beacham represented the tenant in the transaction. Lee & Associate’s Colton Trauter and Bill Blake repped the landlord. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“When we looked at other buildings in this Midtown submarket, Brown & Brown felt the best option at this time was to stay in their current location," said Larry Downey, Vice Chairman, Tenant Advisory Services at Cushman & Wakefield. "Brown & Brown has solidified its commitment by retaining their existing floor size and presence in a Phoenix Class ‘A’ building.”
Brown & Brown’s contemporary Phoenix office is located at 2800 North Central Ave, a prestigious and recently upgraded office tower in Midtown. The property features a variety of tenant amenities.
