Discovery Property Group Inc, out of San Diego, is joining real estate services firm SPERRY as an affiliate under the name Sperry-Discovery Commercial. Led by co-founders and brothers Mark Powell and Frank Powell, Sperry-Discovery Commercial specializes in investment sales of commercial real estate in the San Diego area. Throughout their 20-year careers, Mark and Frank have completed combined transactions valued at more than $250 mil.
