In a quick brief on a Bay Area industrial trade, TPM Davis LLC acquired a Hayward warehouse asset in a $35 mil deal. The 132k sf ($265/sf) property includes 1.4k sf of office space.
The property sits on roughly five acres at 2376 Davis Ave, north of Hwy 92 and just east of Cabot Blvd. It was sold by IL-based CenterPoint Properties, who purchased the property in 2020 for about $25 mil. CenterPoint’s portfolio consists of 64 msf of industrial space in more than 300 properties.
