Promethia Holdings LLC purchased the historic Coliseum Building, a 16.2k sf building in downtown Seattle, for $8.9 mil ($549/sf). The property is located at 1506 5th Ave, adjacent to Nordstrom’s flagship store and just one block from Westlake Center.
The Coliseum Building is considered to be one of the most iconic buildings in Seattle. The property benefits from its hard corner location on Pike St and 5th Ave, providing excellent visibility and access. More than 25,000 vehicles pass by the Coliseum Building daily, and it is surrounded by a daytime population exceeding 240,000. It is also minutes away from Seattle's highly desirable neighborhoods such as Queen Anne, South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, Madison Park and Pioneer Square.
