Liv Communities and Rockefeller Group Wrap Up Work on AZ Res Community


A new 360-unit apartment community in Laveen, AZ has been completed and is now open to the public. The project, Sol38 by Liv, is a development of Liv Communities and Rockefeller Group.

Located at 3875 W. Dobbins Rd, Sol38 features modern studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with breathtaking mountain views and top-tier amenities available to residents 24/7. This is the fifth residential development completed by the partnership of Liv Communities and Rockefeller Group in Greater Phoenix with a total of 1,829 units.
