Scenic Houston’s Scenic Star Award is bestowed annually to a local entity that significantly contributes to the aesthetic improvement of the local environment. East River has been acknowledged for its transformative impact on Houston’s East End and Historic Fifth Ward, integrating sustainable practices and community-focused initiatives that foster a vibrant, visually appealing urban area.
East River's development strategy focuses on inclusivity and sustainability, incorporating green spaces, public art installations, and pedestrian-friendly pathways that enhance the scenic value of the area. The project's innovative design and architecture have set a new standard for urban development in Houston.
East River was recently honored with a Houston Business Journal 2024 Landmark Award, recognizing its significant contribution to Houston's real estate landscape.
