Boutique Debt and Equity Capital Advisor Company Priority Capital Advisory is Launched


Priority Capital Advisory (PCA), a new boutique debt and equity capital advisor for middle market and institutional commercial real estate developers, owners, and investors, has just launched. Based in Century City in Los Angeles, the firm specializes in arranging highly structured and innovative finance solutions for all commercial property sectors.

PCA is led by its President, Zachary Streit, who will oversee a team of five, and plans to grow rapidly. Streit is a 20-year industry veteran who has executed on over $5 bil in equity and debt financings over the course of his career.

Prior to founding PCA, Streit’s work experience includes approximately 10 years of advisory side and 10 years of principal side experience, including: Co-Founder and Managing Parter, WAY Capital; Senior Vice President, George Smith Partners; and experience at Anchor Loans LP, and Colony American Finance, a Colony Capital subsidiary.

PCA will focus on financing transactions with a total capitalization ranging between $30 mil and $200 mil, acting as its clients’ outsourced finance team throughout the entire advisory life cycle. The deals will incorporate structures across the capital stack for pre-development, development, value-add and stabilized projects across all asset classes. PCA’s current pipeline exceeds $1 bil, including $150 mil in application with capital providers.

Priority Capital Advisory team members include Senior Director Aiden Moran, Analyst Hunter Penrose, Graphic Designer Matthew Sawina, and Executive Assistant Julius Frago. PCA has ambitious plans to grow PCA’s staff significantly in the coming months.
