Located at 5656 W Talavi Blvd, the property is situated in a dense urban infill location within just a few miles of Loop 101, providing convenient access to the entire valley’s freeway system plus a significant population base in proximity. The property is also surrounded by an abundance of amenities including nearby shopping centers such as Arrowhead Towne Center, P83 Entertainment District, and Deer Valley Towne Center.
Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Alexandra Loye with Cushman & Wakefield, in collaboration with John Pierson of JLL, represented the seller, Arizona Dental Insurance Service Inc d.b.a. Delta Dental of Arizona.
