Birtcher Anderson & Davis and Nuveen Spend $26.5 Mil on San Diego-Area Industrial Asset

A joint venture between Birtcher Anderson & Davis and Nuveen acquired a 107.6k sf, multi-tenant industrial building located in San Diego’s Miramar submarket for $26.5 mil ($246/sf). The building is located at 7949 Stromesa Ct, west of I-15 and north of Miramar Rd.

The multi-tenant, single-story industrial property was 95% leased and contains twelve tenants. Situated on a 5.35-acre lot, 7949 Stromesa Court is centrally located in Miramar, with excellent access to major freeways such as I-15 and I-805. Other building features include grade and dock level loading, 22’ warehouse clear height, and the ability to accommodate large 53’ truck trailers.

Evan McDonald and Kurtis Blanchard with Colliers represented the buyer in the transaction. Dean Asaro of Kidder Matthews repped the seller.
