LaForce Leases 34k sf Space at Boyd Lake Commerce Center in Loveland, CO

LaForce agreed to a long-term lease for 33.7k sf, or approximately one-third, of Building One at Boyd Lake Commerce Center (BLCC), a brand new 100k sf, Class A industrial and distribution building constructed on a spec basis in Loveland, CO. Established in 1954, LaForce is a leading distributor of commercial door opening products, services, and security solutions in the United States.

Located at 3841 Vander Meer Dr at the intersection of I-25 and Hwy 34, Boyd Lake Commerce Center is owned and developed by a joint venture of Saunders Commercial Development and Winslow Investments LLC. The project offers flexible design for assembly, R&D, manufacturing, and warehouse/distribution users, with space available from 20k sf to as much as 1 msf. BLCC One was delivered in Q1-2024 and is also currently negotiating with other companies that could soon bring it to full occupancy. BLCC Two, a second high-bay industrial building in the project, is scheduled to break ground in late 2024.

BLCC One features 28-foot clear height, four drive-in doors, 24 dock high doors, ESFR sprinklers, ample power and 179 parking stalls and available trailer parking. The property also features both indoor and outdoor storage and outdoor yard space.

The property provides direct access to Highway 34, Crossroads and Highway 392 running east/west, Highway 287 and Interstate 25 running north/south, and regional access to Interstate 70 in Denver and Interstate 80 in Wyoming. The location is also adjacent to Northern Colorado Regional Airport.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Alec Rhodes, Aaron Valdez, Tyler Smith, and Jason Ells represented the landlord in the deal. C&W’s Jason Ells, Colin Rowe and Sean Kropke also repped LaForce.
