Arizona State School for the Deaf and Blind (“ASDB”) agreed to a lease for 9.3k sf of space at The West on Dunlap office project in Phoenix. The organization will use the space, located at 2445 W. Dunlap, for administrative purposes.

Owned by The Sason Organization (“Sason”), a privately controlled real estate investment firm based in Miami Beach, FL, The West on Dunlap is a two-story, Class A multi-tenant office building. The property recently completed renovations including modern Class A finishes and upgraded spec suites.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Greg McMillan, Joe Vale and Tarryn Fountain represented the landlord in the transaction. JLL’s Vicki Robinson repped the tenant. According to McMillan, this deal brings the property to 84% leased.
The West on Dunlap totals approximately 81k sf in two stories and is well located right off Dunlap at Interstate 17. The property is just steps from Light Rail, walkable to amenities and features a robust parking ratio of 6.7/1,000. The West currently has 13k sf of total available space, with available suite sizes ranging between 1.7k sf and 11.3k sf sf.
According to its website, Arizona State School for the Deaf and Blind is an agency of the State of Arizona Government, with its administrative headquarters in Tucson. ASDB serves over 2,000 children who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing or deafblind from birth to grade 12.
