12/26/23

Old Dominion Freight Line Inc (ODFL) has acquired 26.5 acres of undeveloped land in the Airport North submarket of Loveland, CO. ODFL is one of the largest North American less-than-truckload motor carriers.

The industrial site, located at Airpark North Second Subdivision, Lots 1-6, Block 2, was sold by , Interstate Land Holdings LLC. The buyer will most likely build a new industrial/logistics freight facility on the site.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Ackerman, Tyler Murray and Ty Mashek represented the seller in the deal.
The buyer was represented by Jon Dandurand with Burr & Temkin South Inc.

“The property provides a central Northern Colorado location in a rapidly developing area and offers ODFL adjacency to the airport and convenient access to transportation services, as well as several major global and regional companies are also within close proximity,” said Ackerman.
