LA Investor Pays $292/sf for OC Biz Park

Harbor Warner Business Center, a 38.6k sf, industrial multi-tenant business park in Santa Ana, was purchased by a private investment fund in an $11.275 mil ($292/sf) transaction. The asset was sold by Rexford Industrial Realty, a publicly traded REIT.

The business park is located at 2525 S. Harbor Blvd and 3720-3752 W. Warner Ave, just east of the Santa Ana River in Santa Ana. The property was fully leased at time of sale.

Mike Hefner with Voit Real Estate Services represented both the buyer, who acquired the asset for a long-term investment, and the seller in the transaction. Matt Peters, also with Voit, repped Rexford in leasing the asset and acted as the local market advisor in the transaction. According to Hefner, the deal closed escrow in 30 days.
