Constellation Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Northwestern Mutual, has acquired 10 acres of land at 901 E. Avenue K in Grand Prairie, TX for the development of Constellation Commerce 360, a two-building, 200.5k sf state-of-the-art industrial project.
Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2024 with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. This marks the second land acquisition/development project located in highly infill Dallas-Fort Worth for Constellation in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Constellation Commerce 360 was designed by Pross Design Group. Building 1 will be 95.8k sf, while Building 2 will be 104.7k sf with both buildings offering 32-foot clear height. The project is designed to achieve LEED certicfiation and will feature multiple points of ingress/egress, significant auto parking, ESFR sprinkler systems, and LED lighting. Constellation Commerce 360 can accommodate a wide range of users from 25k sf to 200.5k sf.
Constellation Commerce 360 is ideally located approximately one-half mile from Highway 360, providing convenient access to neighboring communities. It is also less than five miles from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

David Eseke and Clay Balch of Cushman Wakefield represented Constellation Real Estate Partners in the acquisition. They will assist with leasing of the new development.
