Legacy at Livermore, a new 222-residence mixed-use community developed by Legacy Partners in the NoCal city of Livermore, has opened to the public. Designed by BDE Architects of San Francisco, the community is located at 57 South L Street in downtown Livermore.
The project is just a nine-minute walk to the ACE Train and is within easy access to neighboring Pleasanton and Dublin, as well as the entire Bay Area, via Interstates 580 and 680. With a Walk Score of 98, the community is just steps away from an eclectic mix of eateries and entertainment, bustling breweries, and unique boutiques.
Consisting of two buildings of three and four stories, respectively, Legacy at Livermore features studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 550 sf to 1.6k sf. Units feature gas cook tops, dressing room closets, built-in cabinetry and casework, high-speed fiber internet, full size washer and dryers, oversized windows, and moveable kitchen islands.
Residents have access to landscaped courtyards and picnic areas; a modern fitness center with Techno Gym and Peloton equipment; community room with kitchen, lounge, and game room; low-emission Tesla and EV charging stations; and bicycle storage. The rooftop experience includes a pool, spa, BBQ area, and stunning views of Mt. Diablo and the surrounding mountains. The community also includes 11.7k sf of ground-level retail space.
Lee & Associates ǀ East Bay Inc has the retail leasing assignment at the project. Legacy at Livermore is the newest community from Legacy to open in the East Bay. Last year, Legacy delivered the 97-unit Legacy at Hayward in Hayward, which is currently 93% leased.
