Vero Capital is re-branding and redeveloping Kierland I & II, a two-building office campus totaling 410k sf in Scottsdale. The construction work is planned for completion in third quarter 2024.
Reimagined as Inisio at Kierland, the property overhaul is estimated to cost $29 mil. The property is located at 16430 North Scottsdale Rd and 16260 North 71st St.
The destination environment will feature a primary focus on hospitality, inclusive of a dedicated, on-site Customer Experience Manager (CXM), where every aspect of the user experience will be a priority. Inisio’s first-class facilities, flexible workspaces, and range of lifestyle amenities will cater to the wellness, workspace, and lifestyle needs of today’s tenants.
Accessible workspaces include a training center, shared conferencing, flexible huddle rooms, focus booths, a working library, and billiards break room. Employees can re-energize with health-focused amenities such as a state-of-the-art, 6k sf wellness center inclusive of thermal saunas, flex & recovery spaces, massage therapy, spa inspired private showers & changing rooms, pickleball courts, and an outdoor fitness yard.

Additionally, Inisio’s proximity to neighborhood amenities such as high-end retail, dining, hotels, entertainment, hiking trails, and world-renowned golf courses, makes it both a convenient and accessible option.
Leading the leasing at Inisio are John Bonnell, Brett Abramson, Stirling Pascal and Chris Beall with Stream Realty Partners. Multiple spaces are available for lease, ranging from 2k sf to 60k sf, and including five new spec suites that effortlessly align space and place with a mix of private offices and shared spaces to create efficiency and opportunity.
