Class A Industrial Facility in Tulsa, OK Trades for $84/sf


Craft Capital LLC purchased a 178.2k sf, Class A industrial building in Tulsa, OK in a $14.9 mil ($84/sf) transaction. The property was sold by Titan Sports and Performance Center LLC.

Built in 2018, the property is located at 101 E. 81st St on a 60-acre site, proximate to U.S. Route 75. The one-story building features 25.6-foot clear height, grade-level loading and a 250-space parking lot.

CBREs Matt Klimisch, SIOR, CCIM, David Glasgow, SIOR, CCIM, Alex Powell, CCIM, Kurt Giller, CCIM, and Kerry Shields represented the seller in the transaction. According to Powell, the buyer is electing to utilize the property as the new headquarters for F.C. Tulsa, a professional soccer team in the USL Championship League.

According to CBRE Research, the Tulsa industrial market remained steady during the first half of 2023, recording 437.8k sf of net absorption, more than double the net absorption compared to the previous half-year.
