Harbor Capital, an Austin-based industrial real estate private equity firm, a vacant 198k sf industrial building located at 10120 Fischer Rd in San Antonio, TX. The property was sold by Becknell Industrial, a national industrial real estate investor and developer.
Built in 2008 and situated on just under 10 acres, the distribution/manufacturing facility features approximately 7k sf of office space, 40’ clear height, 24 dock-high doors, one drive-in door, 94 car parking spaces, and a 130’ truck court.
The property is located within the Freeport Business Centre in one of San Antonio’s Foreign-Trade Zones. It is situated between the Southern Pacific and Union Pacific rail lines at the corner of Loop 410 and IH-35 and is less than a mile from the San Antonio Intermodal Terminal.
Stan Nowak and Sam Bush with Avison Young represented the buyer. The seller was repped by Trent Agnew, and Josh Villarreal and Greer Shetler of JLL.
