Merrick, an engineering and architecture firm, has signed a 12-year lease for 69.2k sf at Greenwood 4 in Greenwood Corporate Plaza in Greenwood Village, CO. This lease keeps Merrick’s headquarters within the Greenwood campus and brings Greenwood 4 to 97% leased.
The 100.3k sf, LEED-certified office building is located at 8051 East Maplewood Ave in the southeastern Denver suburb. The building is owned by Drawbridge Realty.
Greenwood 4 is one of two buildings Drawbridge owns within the five-building Greenwood Corporate Plaza. The other, Greenwood 1 located at 5970 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, is a 104.5k sf office building. Both buildings have access to numerous amenities within the 36-acre park-like campus, including a shuttle bus to nearby light rail, walking trails, fitness facilities, a cafe, outdoor barbeques, and mountain views.
