Airpark North, a brand new, 36k sf Class A industrial project in Loveland, CO that was just delivered in August, sold for $8.53 mil ($237/sf). The vacant, freestanding building, located at 6987 Rickenbacker Rd, was acquired by The Colorado Floor Company, an owner/occupier that will utilize the entire facility for its operations.
Situated on four acres along Rickenbacker Rd, Airpark North comprises a total of 30k sf of warehouse space plus a 6k sf mezzanine. Additional project features include a 21’ clear height and six overhead doors. Evergreen Industrial was the general contractor.
The property is strategically located adjacent to the Fort Collins/Loveland Airport. It is adjacent to a new development from Trammell Crow and Amazon and within close proximity to Interstate 25, Highway 34, Highway 287 and the Northern Colorado Regional Airport.
The seller was the master developer of Airpark North, BH Developers, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Ackerman and URealty Inc’s Matt Haskell in the disposition. The buyer was repped by Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker from Fuller Real Estate.
