Kodiak Gas Services LLC inked a long-term lease for 53k sf of office space in The Woodlands, TX. The space is located at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, a Class AAA, 31-story office building that is one of two towers within The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway.
On site amenities in The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway include a two-story, 19k sf fitness center with a basketball/volleyball/pickleball court, sprint track, premier cardio and weight equipment, and locker rooms with showers; a 33k sf multipurpose rooftop terrace; conference facilities spanning nearly 9k sf; and a café among other tenant-friendly amenities.
Located in the heart of The Woodlands Town Center, The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway offers convenient pedestrian access to outdoor spaces, shopping, dining, hotels, and entertainment, including the world-renowned amphitheater, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
Kodiak Gas Services is a leading operator of contract compression infrastructure in the United States, with a fleet of approximately 3.2 million horsepower. The company focuses on large horsepower contract compression operations to serve upstream and midstream customers by facilitating production of natural gas and oil.
Anthony Squillante and Drew Coupe with Avison Young represented the tenant. Currently, Kodiak leases two office suites totaling 26.6k sf in Montgomery, TX, a town 29 miles north of The Woodlands. The landlord, The Howard Hughes Corporation, was repped by Robert S. Parsley, Norman V. Munoz and Jillian Fredericks with Colliers.
