Designed as a state-of-the-art last mile delivery station with top-shelf functionality, the Class A facility features 33’ clear height, 9.7% office space, 15 dock doors and 6 drive-in doors, 50’ X 50’ column spacing with speed bays, 228’ building depth, 208’ truck court, and an abundance of car, van and trailer parking. The property is positioned west of Downtown Boise and is approximately one-mile from a full diamond interchange at I-84 and Ten Mile Road and only 11 miles from Boise Airport

According to Cushman & Wakefield’s latest Q1-2022 report, Boise industrial market vacancy was a tight 1.4%, while the first quarter recorded 770,000 square feet of occupancy growth.
