Rexford Industrial Realty Picks Up Five-Acre Development Site in Santa Fe Springs

Rexford Industrial Realty acquired a five-acre development land parcel in Santa Fe Springs for $34 mil. Rexford plans to complete the ground-up development of a 108k sf, Class A warehouse facility at the site. The acquisition includes an existing, 87.5k sf property that the firm is currently offering for lease with flexible terms while the development planning is underway.

The property is located at 13711 Freeway Dr. It offers immediate access to major freeways such as Interstate 5, Interstate 605, Interstate 105, and State Route 91, and is within 25 miles of the Port of Long Beach, the Port of Los Angeles, and Los Angeles International Airport.

Jordan Lara, Nathan Lara, Rudy Lara, and Andrew Lara with DAUM Commercial represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. Nathan Lara and Rudy Lara represented the seller, a private family business, in acquiring the property from their landlord in 2016.
